Auswirkungen, im Zuge der \u00dcbernahme, wird es f\u00fcr die ParkInnovation GmbH, deren Mitarbeiter:innen und Kundenkreis nicht geben. So wird sie Namen und Rechtsform beibehalten. Ganz im Gegenteil, denn die enge Zusammenarbeit der Teams von Smart Parking und ParkInnovation soll neue Wachstumsimpulse f\u00fcr die Parkraumbewirtschaftung bringen. \u201eDas Team von ParkInnovation hat gro\u00dfe Leidenschaft f\u00fcr seine Arbeit bewiesen. Daher freuen wir uns auf den Zuwachs und auf die St\u00e4rke, die sich aus der Kombination unserer F\u00e4higkeiten und Kompetenzen ergeben.
