About Smart Parking

Michael joined Smart Parking in February 2024 and has several years of experience in a similar role from another large international parking company.

Michael has extensive experience in building companies from the start and has also had his own company for several years. Michael is a big supporter of using technology in a smart way so that it makes people's everyday life easier and at the same time reduces the use of trivial manual work functions.

Michael also holds a Master's degree in International Business and Management from Copenhagen Business School.

Jesper, with his 8 years of experience in the parking industry, focuses on a green transition and sustainable optimisation.

His broad knowledge within sales, operations and project management helps him to deliver sustainable solutions to Smart Parking's clients.

Rainer joined Smart Parking in 2025. He has more than 25 years of experience in international sales and management positions, most recently as Managing Director at a British-German parking solutions company. He has previously worked for well-known global IT companies and managed large units in Europe and around the world.

Rainer's passion lies in developing new markets and building successful teams and corporate structures worldwide. He studied economics and holds a master's degree from Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences (HSBI).

As Director of Sales, Bali Kahi provides strategic leadership and management of the sales team. He is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that directly increase the company's revenue and expand its market position.

Bali Kahi ensures that his team consistently achieves both short-term and long-term sales goals in optimal alignment with the company's objectives. With his solid background in parking management and 15 years of sales experience, as well as his degrees in economics and event management, Bali brings extensive experience to this leadership role.

Jo has been with Smart Parking since 2015, and brings a wealth of sales experience, as well as a passion and drive that makes her a leading figure in the UK parking industry.

Promoted to UK General Manager in 2021 and then to UK Managing Director in 2022, Jo now leads the UK’s senior management team, where she is focused on delivering the business strategy that will enable the ongoing growth of Smart Parking across the UK and the wider Group.

Peter has been with Smart Parking since 2014 and oversees all aspects of the company’s technology-based installations across the Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Peter is an experienced Operations Director who possesses an in-depth knowledge of the practical and logistical challenges that need to be overcome to bring a technology project to go-live, on time, on budget smoothly and successfully.

David joined Smart Parking in June 23 as Sales Director for the UK, he has experience in the parking sector and over 20 years’ experience as a Sales Director in various roles. He specialises in building high performing, dynamic and effective sales teams, and has successfully grown businesses of all sizes.

David has a history of working as a UK board member in the fastmoving ATM cash machine business, and from his roots in Corporate Sales at BT and Siemens, has given the grounding to drive growth in the UK market.

Katie joined the Smart Parking team as Finance Director in January 2025 and oversees all aspects of the company's Finance, HR and Procurement teams in the UK.

Katie brings over 20 years of in-depth, diverse experience in Strategy and Operations whilst working in fast paced, complex and rapidly growing organisations. A fully qualified finance professional with the proven ability to create, lead and manage financial strategies.

Will joined Smart Parking as U.S. Managing Director in 2025, bringing 20 years of leadership experience with several well-known U.S.-based operators. In 2016, he founded Peak Parking, growing it to more than 150 locations nationwide before its acquisition by Smart Parking in 2025.

Throughout his career, Will has been driven by a passion for operational excellence and growth. He leads the U.S. Smart Parking team with his guiding motto, “whatever it takes,” instilling those values across the organisation as it continues to scale.

Evan joined Smart Parking in 2025 with 20 years of experience in hotel valet and commercial parking management. Prior to joining, he served as Director of Operations at Peak Parking, a U.S.-based operator acquired by Smart Parking in 2025. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles with several well-known U.S. parking operators, overseeing millions of square feet of commercial and hotel parking facilities.

Evan is passionate about operations and sales. During his four years at Peak Parking, he played a key role in expanding the business from 30 to over 150 properties.

Brandy joined Peak Parking as the Controller in March 2021, overseeing all areas of accounting and finance for the company. With over 25 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, and treasury management, she is dedicated to enhancing processes to ensure they are both effective and efficient, supporting the company’s growth trajectory. Brandy has significantly contributed to the rapid growth of Peak Parking, helping it be recognised on the Austin Business Journal’s Fast 50 list for three consecutive years. She played a key role in the acquisition of Peak Parking by Smart Parking and in expanding the company into the U.S. market. Additionally, Brandy’s dedication to building a collaborative and supportive workplace culture earned her the employee-voted “People’s Choice Award,” highlighting her strong commitment to her team and the organisation.

Outside of work, Brandy is passionate about animals and enjoys spending time at the beach and travelling with her family.
